We Have Somewhere For Our Winter Training |

Due to the hard work of Stephen Mills, Larne Borough Council have agreed to extend and widen paths in the Town Park. At the moment we are waiting for the Parks Department to finalise the funding and then the work can begin, we are hopeful that the paths will be ready for this winter.
A few months back we met with the Council and some rough plans were drawn up of what we needed in terms of paths, lighting etc. We have suggested a 750 metre loop which will run from the Town Park into the Chaine Park and another path which will run from the promenade up to the Chaine Park. If anyone has any ideas or views on how we can upgrade and make the parks more suitable for running then please let Billy Thompson know as soon as possible.
